Thank you for your interest in BayFest 2013 to be held on October 4, 5 and 6 in downtown Mobile, Alabama. We have a great weekend planned and are excited you wish to be a part of it.
With an expected crowd in excess of 220,000, you will have an optimal chance to sell your products. Spaces will be given on a first-come, first-served basis with first right of refusal given to past vendors at BayFest. It is important that you return your application and full payment as quickly as possible to secure a spot.
Attached are the Vendor Application form, Marketplace Agreement form and a Checklist. They include all information, benefits and guidelines for the event. Complete the application and agreement and return to me, along with the $100 non-refundable application fee, space fees, cost for extra power and/or passes no later than September 06, 2013.
A certificate of insurance indicating General Liability is required and must include Products and Completed Operations in the amount of $1,000,000, naming BayFest Inc. and the City of Mobile as additional insured. You or your business will also be responsible for all licenses, permits and taxes necessary for your participation in this event.
Applications will be processed and space awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for new vendors with first right of refusal given to past vendors at BayFest. Any application not properly filled out will be rejected and returned until complete.
